Every little detail is the way it needs to be, it's well documented and it's a big block with a 4-speed.
This is the way I like cars, unmolested, well-documented, and well-done.

That's a nice find! Why would someone put that on CL?

Love A body cars. I'd prefer a GTO Judge but this GS is tits none the less.

It's a nice restoration, that's for sure. I have a '73 LeSabre I'm in the middle of swapping 455s. The body's a mess though. I've been working on it, but it's slow going. Hard to find sheetmetal for any of it.

Everybody has got a preference for the a-bodies.
I'm an Oldsmobile man, so my loyalty lies with the Cutlass

I don't know; it doubt it will have many serious inquiries. It seems like it belongs in Hemmings.

I love good documentation, but I also love well done backyard projects as well.
This buick is fantastic, but the price associated with it is stupid, so your LeSabre has got an one-up against this one.

I don't know what it's worth, but it's been sitting for nearly a month. "Six figures" doesn't tell you anything. Set a price, and if it's too high, reduce it.

He's probably not serious about selling it. I imagine he's an older guy whos been hounded by his wife to sell that "damn buick" he's been wasting money on for so many years until he finally said conceeded to put it on craiglist.
I can almost see him in my head.

That's an excellent observation - when I was selling real estate, you had to be careful not to overprice a house. Sellers that say "let's put it on and see what happens" are not what you want. You have to move the inventory. Ahd there may be no wife, in fact - it might just be a guy looking to clean up, find the bigger fool. My manager used to tell me that there was "an ass for every seat." There may be no ass here.

This happens all too often. But you'll never find that ass if you don't look for it!
